Self-adhesive Nail Pin Hanger, which are widely used in Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems for fixing thermal insulation and internal acoustic liner onto the duct surface. It hold the insulation firmly, not allowing any sagging and thereby preventing any condensation.
These self adhesive pins are suitable for fastening insulation blankets to square or rectangular air ducts.
The pin has been manufactured out of galvanized steel. It consists of a pin and a base. The base is provided with a synthetic rubber tack coat. Clamps can be delivered with the pins. The clamp is going to be fastened to the self adhesive pins after attaching the installation blanket. In consequence of this the blanket will stay in the correct position.

Each pin will be delivered with a cap and clip. Seperate delivery of caps and clips is also possible.
Sticky base pins have, as the name implies, a self-adhesive coating on the bottom of the large base. This makes the pins easy to use and are especially effective on smooth and high surface energy surfaces such as metals. No need for any additional adhesive or equipment. These pins are most commonly used in combination with blanket, wraps and (semi-) rigid board. The pins come with the appropriate clips to secure the insulation and are available in different lengths.
Adhesive Insulation Pins are used to fasten insulation material to walls and ceilings. Adhesive Insulation Pins have a steel base which is backed with a ready to use "Peel & Stick" foam adhesive for quick and easy install onto sheet metal.
The base is attached with a sharp pin which pierces the insulation. A Self Locking Washer is then placed onto the pin to securely hold the insulation in place. The excess pin length can then be trimmed.
Sold in singularly each pin comes with 1 x 1 ¼" Adhesive Insulation Pin with 1 Self Locking Washer. For jobs that require minimal hangers, this pin comes with everything an insulator needs for installing board or wrap.
