The filter design allows fixing on round air ducts using clamps in any position. When assembling, it is necessary to take into account the direction of air movement (it should correspond to the pointer on the filter). During installation, it is necessary to leave space for service access to the filter (cleaning or replacement of the filtering element).
The filter box with a flat filtering element (class -G4) is made of galvanized or stainless steel. The filter box is equipped with connecting flanges with a rubber seal for tight connection with air ducts.
The hinged filter cover is equipped with lever locks for quick access to the replaceable filtering element. The filtering element is made of a non-woven fabric consisting of synthetic fibers and is fixed on a steel frame.
Filters are mounted in circular/rectangular ventilation systems for intake/exhaust air purification. They are used for the correct and uniform distribution of airflow, protection of heat exchangers, air ducts, fans and other ventilation equipment from dust.
The FBP panel filter box minimizes wall and ceiling contamination near air diffusers. Coarse filters can be used as the first stage of cleaning before filters that are more efficient.
