Air Dampers of superior quality are being manufactured by SuperAir to meet varied requirements of air ventilation systems. SuperAir Square, Rectangular and round Volume Control Dampers (VCD) are the specific types of dampers designed for purpose of controlling air flow and pressure in HVAC systems. These are formulated to provide accurate control of airflow within ventilating and air conditioning systems.

1.Product Introduction
The SuperAir VCD square control damper is abrasion resistant, and operates smootly. HVAC square manual volume control damper is made of high quality extruded aluminum profile. It is a zone damper installed on duct system to offer an airflow control solution. The Volume Control Damper has been specially designed to control air flow in HVAC system where high/medium/low pressure are experienced. These dampers are designed to operate from one control point. The damper's blade opening is controlled by hand locking quadrant or motor.

AIROFOIL 102:opposed blade damper gear operating involving air foil blade with the mentional dimensions .
AIROFOIL 95:opposed blade damper gear operating involving air foil blade with the mentional dimensions and with rubber sealing in order to reduce leakage .
AIROFOIL 108:opposed blade damper gear operating involving air foil blade with the mentional dimensions and with rubber sealing in order to reduce leakage put the difference between this type and the other types is that the drive gear mechanism is hide inside the frame which providing a maximum free area of 85% .
